Stephanie Reep

Greetings, Bethlehem Family!  I am honored to be your Principal for another school year!  I am excited to serve you and the Bethlehem community! 

I began my career teaching 2nd and 3rd grades in the classroom in 1997 and continued to expand my experience as an Instructional Coach, Reading Specialist, District Instructional Program Specialist, and ultimately,  administrator.  I am a proud alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 1996.  I attained my Master's Degree in Administration in 2016 from Gardner-Webb University!

I have three grown children and two grown stepchildren.  They range in age from twenty to twenty-five.  My husband and I love to spend time with them and enjoy camping and exploring new places. 

I am excited about supporting all of our tiny humans and watching them grow and succeed to their fullest potential in all they accomplish as they go through their lives!  It "Takes a Village" to surround our children to be the best they can be!  We want to continue to thrive and strive for excellence in all that we do!  Here is to the best year yet!
